Delivery

Delivery time depends on model and quantity and is stated bindingly in the quotation.

The delivery time depends on the model and is stated on every product page — about 3 to 8 weeks depending on the version. We deliver against advance payment: the period starts on receipt of payment, because the units go into production only then. Transport time is additional and is given in the quotation.

Freight and packaging are charged separately and itemised in the quotation. They depend on dimensions, weight and destination.

Deliveries abroad are possible. Please state the destination country with your enquiry.

We are liable for defects in accordance with statutory law. Towards businesses we contractually reduce the limitation period for claims based on defects to twelve months from delivery; the exceptions are set out in clause 9 of our terms.

For the appliances we deliver, the manufacturer supplies spare parts. Exchange is one for one; we bear the cost of shipping the spare parts. We state the details and the duration of spare parts supply in our quotation. We do not give a guarantee of our own within the meaning of § 443 BGB.

We do not offer an on-site service of our own: in a warranty case no technician comes from us, we supply the spare part. Installation, connection, commissioning, servicing and repair are carried out by a refrigeration specialist. On request we arrange or coordinate one; the scope is agreed and stated in the quotation. Their work is not included in the price of the appliance.

Devices for external refrigeration systems additionally require valves, a condensing unit and installation by a specialist. These services are not included in the price.
